It was hard to lose my brother, Glenn, as we had just lost our mother, Betty Adams, the 9th of May, and that was difficult for both of us. Glenn and I had a wonderful childhood helping out in our grandfather's hardware store that ended up being in the family for 80 years. He then enjoyed his term in the US Navy and really loved being on a ship. Glenn had a nice full life and a happy marriage with Pat and all of their children. I know that he is in a wonderful place now, and I am sure that our mother is very happy to have him back with her. So thank you God for taking care of him, and God Bless You Glenn - I love you.

Bottle Caps will never be the same without Glenn. He was the most open person I know and he would talk to anyone that would listen. You will be greatly missed by all of us.

We are still having a hard time with Uncle Glenn now being gone. He was such a wonderful uncle to both my sister and myself, with many many happy memories of jokes, stories, playing cards, Friendly's famous Jim Dandy, and much more that we will not forget. Never having met a stranger, Uncle Glenn brought back wonderful tales of his travels around the world. Phone calls made to my grandma a half a world away. Glenn made sure to take time to truly listen to what you had to say. He loved to question you and was interested in all sorts of really neat quirky facts and tidbits about days gone by, especially in the Town of Delmar where his life began. He loved Delmar and it's people, always greeting everyone with a smile on his face and a welcome handshake. We will miss those big strong hugs he gave as we were leaving, with always "ok, now you listen..." To have him as our uncle for so many years gave us great joy and unforgettable memories. We won't say goodbye, but rather until we meet again because after all, time is nothing more than a blink in Heaven. Heather, Bob, and Rachel
