My thoughts and prayers go out to Tom and his family. i relocated to the Albany area about 9 years ago and met Tom thru work. He was a great help and wealth of knowledge and help me and my company get established. We do dinners and even one time even got to hang out in Las Vegas or Tom would stop by the house. He was a great man and will be missed.

I am so blessed to have a lifetime of memories,
Married to a guy who lived life to the fullest.Every day was a good to Tom!
Who, Evan towards the end, never complained.
I wish we could’ve had him a few more years,
To say he’ll be missed, seems so inadequate.
I know he’s looking down and I feel his presence,
So I guess I’d better behave!! Lol

Uncle Tom was a kind and gentle soul and all who knew him loved being around him because he made you feel special. He was always the “go to guy” for his knowledge of mechanics big and small and his compassion for old cars and snowmobiles and pretty much anything that had an engine was known to all his family and friends.
His love for his life with Aunt Deb which they enjoyed on their farm and camp he built along with the animals they raised and loved. Sammy dog being a fav who he named right after I had my daughter Samantha.
He loved his large family and mostly gram who would light up when he walked through the kitchen door as seen in photo.
Our loving God called you home as you were against insurmountable odds and you are now riding your snowmobile across the heavens or maybe working on some old carburetor.
Our family will keep you close in our hearts as we retell countless stories of the great man you were to each of us!
I love you and will miss you but I know you will keep an eye o. all of us because that’s what you did to be sure we were all Good!

Tom was one of the nicest men I ever knew. He was like a second dad to me. He had a heart of gold. It was a pleasure to work with him at Rifenburg. I will miss our talks and lunches together. His nickname for me was mini skirt! LOL! He surely will be missed. RIP my friend.

Rose Mary and I are heart broken at the passing of Tom. We enjoyed every moment we spent with him. What a shame that we didn’t get together more often.
When my mother died Tom stepped in and was the crew chief of our stock car, and wouldn’t you know Travis won. You have to wonder how many more wins there would have been, if I stayed out of the way.

What a great man Mr. Stevens was. If you want to know what it looks like to live your life to the fullest look at him. He was a man that found great joy in everything he did. I remember as a young girl he and Dad would be in the garage working on anything they could find. That snowmobile (car, tractor, lawnmower) was taken apart and reassembled more times than you can count. The laughing that would come out of that shop was contagious.
I am so grateful for Mr. Stevens and his friendship with Daddy. Through Dad's illness, when dementia was setting in. He never once forgot to talk about Mr. Stevens coming to see him (including in the Nursing home in his final days during COVID shut down), taking him to lunch, watching NASCAR via a phone call. He was a true friend, I know Daddy would say Brother...not friend.
As much as his presence will be missed horribly on this earth, my selfish side is happy the two of them are back together picking on Fifi and shooting the S***
Please know that I am thinking of you all as you move through these days and weeks without him. He was a bright spot on this earth.
May you remember the great man that he was, with a smile more than the tears.
Take Care
Kim T.
