Obituary of Lorraine Quick

DELMAR - Lorraine K. Quick (Honey), 78, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 9, 2011. She enjoyed spending her winters in Florida and summers in Bolton Landing. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Turmel and Rosemarie Beaulac; devoted wife of the late Raymond Quick, Jr.; mother of Deborah Chandley (Barry Oathout), Darlene Kawczak (Donald), Jennie Blanchard (Greg), Raymond Quick III and Cindy Cirillo (Frank); grandmother of Kurt Chandley, Dana Hess, Donald and Dean Kawczak, Raymond IV, Zachary, Alexander, and Sarah Quick, Gregory Jr., Jacqulyn, Kacey, Nikkie and Erin Blanchard, and Jessica Cirillo; great grandmother of Joshua, Devon and Summer Hess, Mackenzie, Dylan, Landen and Cash Kawczak; sister of Marie Filkins, Evelyn Bader, Juliet Salisbury, Rosemarie Tomaszewski, William Turmel, Jeanette Kelefant, Larry Turmel and the late Edward Turmel, Ralph Turmel, Alice Geel, Theresa Salisbury and Dolores Carl-Pawlus. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday from 4 to 8 pm at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
