It has been many years since I saw George or was even in Albany. I remember him as a good man to whom I have always owed a debt. He was there for me when a young man needed help and guidance. Rest in peace and know there those in whose lives you made a difference
George and Helen were our first friends when we moved here in 1962. We had some wonderful times together - lots of parties and just plain fun when we were together. I had the experience of poll watching for George during his political career and he brought me places I never thought I'd go but it was always interesting. I still miss Helen. You had such a wonderful mother. I hope you all recognize that she was the heart of your family. Seeing you all together, I'm sure she feels it was a job well done! Rest in peace, dear George!
George and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Your father was a great role model of independence, fair play and great fun. He will be missed but not forgotten. God bless, Mike and Katie Conners
We have so many memories of Mr Harder while growing up with the Harder kids! Seems like we campaigned for him every year! Rest In Peace Mr Harder
