Peter E. Ramos

Peter E. Ramos, 62, of Albany, NY, passed away on February 3rd 2023 unexpectedly at Albany Medical Center surrounded by family.

Peter was born in Brooklyn, NY to Raquel an Miguel Ramos on February 28, 1960. He worked as a Caretaker for the Chelsea Shul Synagogue for 10 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, baseball, football, taking pictures and music.  He will always be remembered for his easy smile and laugh.  His greatest source of pride and joy were his daughter and four beautiful granddaughters.

Peter is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Bobby Jegede of Glenmont, NY his siblings Migdalia Villanueva, brothers Mike Ramos and Joel Ramos, his granddaughters Brittany, Breyana, Jadyn and Jayla and his nieces and nephews Yvette Harris, Jose Diaz, Celia Cruz, Mike Ramos, Elisa Ramos, Matthew Ramos, Joel Ramos Jr, Jazmin Ramos, and Chrisitian Ramos.  He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father Raquel and Jose Pratts, father Miguel Ramos and sister Carmen Ramos.

Visitation will be held at Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave in Delmar, NY on Friday February 10th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
