Delmar – Keith A Ollier, 57, died peacefully after a courageous battle with Cancer with his family by his side, on October 26, 2015 at the Hospice Inn, St. Peter's Hospital. Keith was born on January 14, 1957 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Keith was raised and educated in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was recruited by General Electric Company (GE) in 1980 from the University of Cincinnati and remained employed with GE for 35 years. Keith traveled internationally in his capacity as a Senior Finance Manager and was extremely devoted to his profession.
Keith enjoyed jogging daily and traveling with his wife Eleanor. He was tenacious, had great sense of humor and quick wit. Keith was known by all who knew as a man of true dedication in everything he did. He will be remembered dearly and sorely missed by his family and friends.
Keith was the son of Ann (Egan) Ollier and the late Martin Ollier. He is predeceased by his brother, Kevin Ollier. Keith is survived by his wife, Eleanor Ollier; his daughter Katherine J. Ollier; his stepchildren, Alicia C. Califano, and Matthew T. Castelli, Vincent S. Castelli and Laura L. Castelli; his sisters Kathy (John) Jurgens and Teresa (George "Gibb") Dickson; his in-laws Thomas and Ann Tighe. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 4 to 6:30pm. Reflections by family and friends will be held at 6:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams Pl., Delmar.
