Keith E. Kiernan

DELMAR: Keith E. Kiernan, 46, died suddenly Friday, May 27, 2011. Born in Albany he is the son of Mary Jane (Marsh) Kiernan and the late Edwin Kiernan. Keith was a chef in the US Navy, stationed on the USS Tripoli. He formerly worked at Sam's Italian American Restaurant in Albany and Delmar Place in Delmar. Keith joined the Adamsville Ancients Fife & Drum Corps in 1989. He was the business manager and played the bass drum. In addition to his mother Keith is survived by his wife, Beth Willey Kiernan, a sister, Karen Hansen Stella, two brothers, Kevin (Mary Jo) Kiernan and Michael Kiernan and a niece, Helen Hansen (Joe) Tulowicki. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church, 428 Kenwood Avenue, Delmar. There will be no calling hours.
