Kathryn Ann Walker

Mrs. Kathryn Ann "Kay" Walker (née Howard), 87, passed away on February 6, 2025, in Albany, New York. 

Kay was born on April 13, 1937, in Olean, New York, to Donna and Stanley Howard. Throughout her life, she found joy in creativity and craftsmanship, particularly through sewing and needlework. She had a special talent for making holiday cards, a tradition that brought warmth and personal touch to every celebration. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Walker, as well as her parents. She is survived by her sister, Eleanor Carlson; her brothers, Gary and Wayne Howard; her children, Jan Bourassa and Dale Walker; and her cherished grandchildren—Stephen (SJ) and Christopher Bourassa from Jan, and Dustin, Kyle, and Brandon Walker from Dale. 

Kay’s memory will live on through the love she shared with her family and the beautiful creations she left behind. May those who knew her find comfort in remembering the joy she brought into their lives.
