Joseph R. Rissacher

Joseph R. Rissacher, age 65, entered into eternal life Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

Born in Albany he was the son of Elena Lorini Rissacher and the late Dr. Jean Rissacher.

Joe was a devoted father. His two sons were always his priority and meant the world to him. Joe loved the outdoors and spending time with his family, especially at his camp on Helderberg Lake. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, and tending to the landscaping around his home. He loved animals and they loved him back.  Joe was a general contractor and proud owner of Max Interiors in Selkirk for many years.  He truly loved his profession and will be remembered for his strong work ethic.

Loving father of Joseph P. Rissacher and David J. Rissacher; beloved brother of Nancy Rissacher, Lori Rissacher Charash, Chris (Jim) Terry, James Rissacher, and the late Linda Rissacher Ashline, Dan (Patty) Rissacher and Jan Rissacher Smith. Joe is also survived by his significant other Kim Landry and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
