Ellen Nora Klein

Ellen Nora Klein, 80, of Glenmont, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Ellen was born in Buffalo, NY on July 18, 1944, the daughter of the late Floyd and Rita Klein.

Ellen devoted many years of her life as a school secretary in the Guilderland Central School District.  Known for her strong spirit, she was a fighter in every sense, facing life's challenges with resilience and grace.  Ellen was an active communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Delmar, where she found strength and solace in her faith. 

She is survived by her beloved sister, Linda Russell; her niece, Amy Quinlivan (Kevin), along with their children, Kellan and Allie; and her nephew, Kevin Russell (Kate), and their children, Dustin and Chloe Russell.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at St. Peter's Hospital, especially the step down unit, for their compassionate care and support.
