Candice B. Stellato

My beautiful sister, Candice Stellato, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2024, her 77th birthday,

Her light and joy was her 9 year old grandson, Matthew.  She dedicated her time to nurturing him, loving him and giving him a home full of love.

Candice was an amazing person and touched the lives of so many.  She was a light and a force to be reckoned with!  Her home was always open and she was always there to listen.

Candice and I always spoke about how thankful we were that she moved into the community where she lived as they all became her friends and support group for Matthew.  She knew she could rely on these amazing families.

There is so much I could say about Candice, but for those of you who were fortunate enough to know her, she will be greatly missed.

In remembrance of Candice, please be kind, thoughtful and loving to your family, friends and neighbors.  Please sit down and share a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and laugh, cry and remember the amazing person she was. Candice will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont, followed by an open house at 49 Paxwood Road, Delmar.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.
