To the family, my condolences to you.
Tom was one of the most caring individuals I’ve crossed paths with while working for the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.
I remember meeting him as one of the last Public Management Interns for the agency. He welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me to be the best person I could be.
He was one that, whenever he saw me, he knew me by name and always had a smile and something positive to say.
He will truly be missed and never forgotten. RIP as another angel has gotten their wings.
Dear Melissa and Family,
What a wonderful tribute to Tom and yet it barely begins to describe him. Tom and his family will always be united. His work and play ethics were so special. How fortunate we were to have known him! What unique memories we all have of Tom. Relish them! God bless each of you in the unique way you need.
Thank you! Love, Sister Mary Frederick

Applebee Funeral Home has been serving Delmar and its surrounding communities since 1904. This stately brick building is a defining point of Delmar's Four Corners. However, it was in Clarksville where the family's first funeral home was located at the Clark House, a Greek revival style home built by Adam Clark in the mid 1820's.
