Obituary of Debra A. Rooney

GLENMONT – Debra A. (Dagner) Rooney, 59, died Friday, December 1, 2017. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of Ann (Schumaker) Dagner and the late Robert Dagner; wife of the late Thomas W. Rooney; mother of April Rooney; aunt of Chad Barrett and dear friend to Patty Biche. Debra had worked for 20 years in the Bethlehem Central School District, most recently at Eagle Elementary School, until retiring in 2015. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar on Wednesday, December 6th from 4 to 6 pm.
